First look pictures of the new Celebrity Big Brother house have been revealed ahead of the show’s launch in January 2018.
This time the Elstree studio has been given a luxurious cabin-in-the-woods style makeover, complete with a wood burning stove in the living room and the show’s first-ever sauna.
The new-look house continues the muted feel of the 2017 series of Celebrity Big Brother, which saw producers move away from previous years’ brash themes which have included pop art and vaudeville.
Channel 5 has only released images of one of the bedrooms, which features khaki-coloured walls and copper-toned fur cushions, and is yet to reveal the look of the new diary room.
The kitchen/dining room continues the copper theme with metallic dining chairs and work surfaces.
Meanwhile the living room contains three large sofas in pink, grey and teal and the outdoor seating area is styled with faux grass, wooden benches with fur blankets and wooden flooring.
The 2018 series will launch with an all-female cast as a ‘salute’ to 100 years of women’s suffrage.
Housemates will take part in a range of tasks designed to challenge gender stereotypes over the course of the show, with male contestants being introduced gradually.
The celebrity line-up is yet to be officially confirmed but rumoured names include Made in Chelsea castmember Louise Thompson, Tattoo Fixers receptionist Paisley Billings and former Gogglebox star Sandra Martin.
Celebrity Big Brother airs on Tuesday, January 2 at 9pm on Channel 5.
