This year’s blind auditions are well under way on The Voice UK, but all four judges still have spaces to fill on their teams.

After last week saw a Tina Turner impersonator and blast from Will.i.am’s past take to the stage, a whole new batch of wannabe stars are back for episode 5.

This week sees a Jennifer Hudson fan with a voice to rival hers and one very awkward accidental button press.

Here are four things to watch out for this week:

1. Jennifer Hudson’s fan

Israel Allen, 26, is a musical director at church by day but really wants to be on the big stage.

To honour his icon Jennifer Hudson, Allen bravely decides to perform her own song And I Am Telling You to her.

The singer from Walthamstow seems to impress the audience, but will the person he really want to impress turn around?

2. Will.i.am pushes his button… by accident.

It takes someone rather special to make the Black Eyed Pea spin his chair, but an accidental slip-up on Saturday’s show leaves everyone in shock.

While listening to one act, Will.i.am can be seen drawing with a marker pen on his button before trying to wipe it off.

In the process, the star accidently pushes his button… with no one looking as surprised as him.

3. Famous offspring

We’ve seen the children of famous faces grace The Voice stage in the past, with many falling at the first hurdle.

Episode 5 sees the daughter of actress Linda Lusardi try her hand at singing for the four judges.

Lucy Kane, 20, from Hertfordshire performs Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, but will she become a star in her own right?

4. Picky judges

At this stage in the competition, spaces are filling up and the judges can afford to be a little bit more choosy than at the beginning of the series.

And on Saturday night we see some seriously picky judges, as nearly half of the acts are left out in the cold with no one turning around for them.

ITV, 8pm.
