We went to the Spice Girls exhibition and it spiced up our lives

So here's a story from Kensington (where we live) to The Business Design Centre in Angel, the home of a brand new Spice Girls exhibition.

Re-rewind back to the glory days of the 90s and chances are you lived, breathed and dreamt everything Ginger, Sporty, Posh, Baby and Scary Spice.

If you did, you may be interested to know that a fab new exhibition that goes by the name of SpiceUP is opening this weekend. Featuring more than 350 Spice Girls costumes and countless memorabilia, the at times questionable fashion and pop culture spectacle celebrates the extreme highs and lows of the Pepsi generation.

Because we love a bit of tat (and trust us, there's quite a lot of it), we went to see it ahead of everyone else to get a sneeky peak of everything on show.

In the video above, fans can see everything from Geri's iconic Union Jack boots to naff Christmas gear, crisp packets, Pepsi sponsorships, dolls and even an entire Spice-Girls-themed bedroom!

Oh, and get this - you'll even be able to take a spin on the bus from the Spice World movie whilst you're there too. Life goals complete.

The special one-time exhibition is the brainchild of extreme Spice Girls Scottish merch collector Alan Smith-Allison and is a repeat of a similar expo that took place in Cyprus last year.

And did we mention it only costs a tenner to get in? Bargain.
