Selena Gomez is selling her home in Studio City, Los Angeles.
The on/off girlfriend of fellow pop superstar Justin Bieber has listed the cottage-style property with an East Coast vibe for just over £2 million.
She bought the three-bedroom home for £1.6 million last May. It is set behind a gated circular drive and comes with a library and cinema.
Outside there are lavender gardens, a pool and a renovated guesthouse.
Fitness fanatic Gomez has also installed her very own yoga studio.
This is not the only place the American singer and actress has on the market at the moment.
She is also selling a Texas house that she bought in 2015, for £2.24 million.
