BMW's world sales top one million

GERMAN car maker BMW sold more than a million cars worldwide for the first time last year and its Asian divisions enjoyed the biggest rise in sales. It sold 1,057,344 cars - up 16.7% from 2001. Sales in South Korea and China were 5101 and 15,473 respectively, up 87.7% and 41.1%, the two highest growth rates in worldwide sales.
