Don't let William join the Army, says public

The public and sections of the defence establishment oppose the idea of Prince William joining the armed forces, claims a report by the US Defence Intelligence Agency.

The public would prefer the 22-year-old to devote his life to humanitarian causes when he leaves university and the military believes it would be too much trouble to protect him, the report says.
