Elephant attack survivor 'stable'
A British tourist is recovering in hospital today after an attack by an elephant that killed his wife and daughter on a safari holiday in Zimbabwe.
The man sustained serious injuries when they were charged by a bull elephant in the Hwange National Park, near Bulawayo.
He is now believed to be in a stable condition.

The Foreign Office has confirmed the mother and daughter died but is not naming them until an elderly relative in Britain has been informed.
The British embassy in Harare said the distraught survivor was receiving help in moving the women's bodies back to the capital.
Zimbabwean police and park authorities are investigating whether the group's armed local guides had been negligent.
Guide Andy Trevillia, 38, also seriously injured, is still in hospital.
