Fit And Fun Lovers go to the gym three times a week; takeaways, alcohol and lieins avoided; and just one or two hours of TV a day. This lot even hide the remote to force them to get up to switch channels.

Selfers consider that appearance is all: big cars, cool labels and tans. A cook takes care of meals; a personal trainer of muscles. Two exotic holidays a year are the norm.

Good intenders have opted for country life. The parents are too busy looking after the hens and buying local organic food to watch TV. Shame their children (they have more than any other group) just want to buy trendy clothes and hang out in the city texting on their mobiles.
