India remembers victims of Mumbai terror attack

India today marked the second anniversary of the Mumbai terror attack, which left 166 dead, with a police parade and a pledge to seek justice against the killers.

Prime minister Manmohan Singh vowed India would "never succumb to the designs of our enemies".

The only surviving gunman has been sentenced to death in India. He is appealing.
