Janet sued over Super Bowl flash

Pop stars Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake are to be sued over their Super Bowl breast-flashing stunt.

Tennessee bank teller Terri Carlin has filed a lawsuit that also names broadcasters Viacom, CBS and MTV as defendants. Carlin, 47, says the half-time incident, in which Timberlake pulled off part of Jackson's outfit, amounted to 'sexually explicit conduct', causing viewers to suffer outrage, anger and, bizarrely, serious injury.

The damages she wants have not been disclosed.
