Judge throws out McDonald's suit

A US federal judge has thrown out a revised lawsuit against McDonald's that accused the burger giant of using misleading advertising to lure children into eating unhealthy, fattening foods.

Judge Robert Sweet previously dismissed the case but allowed a new filing using additional information to be submitted.
