MP superinjunction revealed in parliamentary debate

AN MP has taken out a super-injunction, it was claimed today.

The allegation was made in the Commons as members discussed whether to debate gagging orders.

Calling for a debate, Hendon Tory MP Matthew Offord warned of the danger "if, as has been rumoured, a member of this place seeks a super-injunction to prevent discussion of their activities?"

The MP's identity cannot be revealed. A super-injunction's existence cannot be reported.
