Paedophile case to be tested in court

One of Britain's biggest paedophile investigations, Operation Ore, will be challenged in court after claims that hundreds were convicted on flawed credit card evidence.

The claims will be tested when a judge rules whether the case of Anthony O'Shea - jailed for five months in 2005 for incitement to distribute indecent images of children - should go to full appeal.
