Located in an unpromising former sweatshop in Bethnal Green, selfconsciously hip style bar Bistrotheque has built a loyal following since it opened a couple of years ago. The cabaret room is particularly fun; Johnny Woo recently entertained lots of fashion types here at his inaugural Annual Drag Ball, while this weekend harmony group the Puppini Sisters, pictured, sing kitsch interpretations of Kate Bush and The Smiths.
