Unite and Lehman in student venture

UNITE Group is teaming up with Lehman Brothers on a project to house 1,162 students in Sheffield.

Unite, Britain's largest provider of student accommodation services, and Lehman are each investing £4m to fund plans to build the student village in Sheffield's Bramall Lane district.

It is expected to be let directly to students when opened next autumn.
