Buzzy new pan-Latin restaurant complete with a subterranean dining room. Some of the combinations, such as the roast lobster over port-glazed duck empanada, are a bit on the tricky side. TONIC
Since it opened four years ago, Tonic has sought to present a genre-defying mix of jazz, rock and experimental electronica.
