There’s a new way for chocolate and red wine lovers to express their love for the unbeatable combination. Swedish company Lelo has this week revealed LILY 2, an aphrodisiac scented sex toy with a ‘Bordeaux and Chocolat’ aroma.
There’s a science behind why you love the smell of chocolate - and it’s not just because you have a sweet tooth. Cocoa beans contain small levels of tryptophan which is a building block of serotonin - a brain chemical involved in sexual arousal.
It also contains phenylethylamine, a stimulant related to amphetamine that is released in the brain when people fall in love.
The aphrodisiac scented toy has been designed to add an extra element to the experience of selecting an intimate product, and comes in two further aphrodisiac aromas: Lavender and Manuka Honey and Rose and Wisteria.

Why, indeed. Sadly the chocolate vibrator doesn’t come cheap - it’s £99 - but it doesn’t add any extra calories to your diet either.
