A 14-year-old boy has been charged following a spate of stun gun attacks on women drivers.

It comes after three women and two schoolboys were attacked between February 6 and 10.

The youth is alleged to have targeted two women in Birmingham’s Kings Heath area between February 6 and 9, West Midlands Police said.

He is further accused of leaving another woman with minor burns after attempting to take a car in Moseley on February 10.

In another incident the same day, the youngster is accused of attacking two schoolboys with a stun gun, also in Moseley.

The boy, from Sparkhill, is set to appear in custody at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Saturday charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
