Police have released an image of a man wanted after a serious assault in Erith.

Jeudevnik Selim-Ahmati, 39, is accused of grievous bodily harm inflicted on a man in his late 30s on April 25 last year in Pier Road.

The Metropolitan Police issued a new appeal on Thursday and asked the public to call 999 if he is spotted.

Selim-Ahmati is originally from Albania and is described as medium build with an eastern European accent.

He is a regular at betting shops and has links with the Bexley, Orpington and, Greenwich areas.
