A man has been arrested at Gatwick Airport in connection with the killing of Josh Hanson at a London wine bar.

The 24-year-old was held by detectives investigating the stabbing as he disembarked a flight from outside the UK, Scotland Yard said.

He has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender in connection to the 21-year-old's killing at the popular RE Bar in Eastcote in the early hours of October 11.

It comes as the Metropolitan Police renewed its appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of Shane O'Brien, 27, of Ladbroke Grove.
