A man in “unusual” clothing allegedly exposed himself to a teenager as she made her way to school.
The 16-year-old schoolgirl was walking along Greville Park Road in Ashtead, Surrey, at 8am on Wednesday when she saw a man behind her who was exposing his genitals.
The teenager immediately ran to a friend’s house nearby and raised the alarm.
Surrey Police described the man as white, in his 30s, of slim build and about 6ft tall.
He is said to be clean shaven with brown short crew cut style hair and was wearing a red short sleeved t-shirt and light brown cargo style shorts.
Police Constable Jenny Juffs said: “We take incidents of this nature very seriously and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who might have seen an individual matching the description.
“This happened at a busy time of day with people out on schools runs or on their way to work and we think someone may have noticed the man due to his unusual choice of clothing at this time of year.”
