A serving Met Police officer is due in court charged with three counts of voyeurism - following allegations from when he was both on and off-duty.
Detective Sergeant Steven Colclough, attached to the force’s Specialist Operations, was arrested on May 27, 2021, after the allegations were made against him.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “The allegations relate to incidents that took place between April 2017 and April 2021, when DS Colclough was both on and off-duty.”
He was immediately suspended from duty.
He was charged with three counts of voyeurism on January 30 this year, following an investigation by the Met’s Anti-Corruption and Abuse Command.
He is due to appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
DS Colclough remains suspended from duty.
Following the criminal proceedings, the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards will conduct a misconduct review.
