A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of killing a west London hotel worker after he walked into a police station.

The body of housekeeper Pardeep Kaur, 30, was discovered underneath a flyover in Hayes on October 22, five days after she was reported missing.

Housekeeper Ms Kaur disappeared after she did not come home from her work at Heathrow.

A 24-year-old man walked into Slough Police Station yesterday at around 5pm.

He was arrested by officers at the station and is now in custody at a north London police station.

Ms Kaur’s body was found underneath the Harlington High Street flyover in Hayes.

A post-mortem examination was carried out last Tuesday but police say the cause of death is at this stage inconclusive.

Two men had previously been held by police but were since released without charge.

Enquiries into her death continue, the Met Police said.
