Police are hunting for a man who sexually assaulted a woman on a night bus travelling through north London.

The 35-year-old victim was travelling on the 134 bus between Goodge Street and Kentish Town on December 13 last year at around 1am.

Police said she was touched by the smartly dressed suspect, who was wearing a blue hoodie over his suit.

He is described as a white man, slim to medium build and carrying a backpack.

Scotland Yard have released CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.

A statement said: “Unwanted sexual behaviour on the transport network is not tolerated and all sexual offences are taken very seriously.

“Always report incidents of this nature to the police.”
