A reward of £1,000 is being offered to anyone who can help detectives track down an east London man wanted over the assault of a police officer.

Craig Lock, 27, failed to answer bail in connection with a string of police investigations, an Essex Police spokesman said.

Romford man Lock is also known to visit Loughton in Essex.

As well as the assault investigation, Lock is wanted in connection with affray, dangerous driving and theft of motor vehicles, police added.

“Anyone who has seen Lock or who knows where he might be is asked to call Essex Police on 101, or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111,” said the spokesman.

“Crimestoppers offers rewards of up to £1,000 for information leading to the arrest or conviction of offenders.”
