Manhunt after 17-year-old girl sexually assaulted on London bus

A man approached a 17-year-old girl on a top deck of a bus and persistently tried to hug and kiss her in an alleged sexual assault.

Police have released an image of a man they’re working to trace following the incident on a bus in south London at 12.20pm on Tuesday, August 2.

The victim was on the 122 bus between Wearside Road and Lewisham Fire Station when a male passenger is alleged to have repeatedly approached her.

The victim managed to push the man away and he got off the bus. The girl told her mother and police were alerted.
