Jeremy Corbyn tried his hand at serving coffee during a visit to London's Borough Market.
The Labour leader visited the Change Please coffee stand, a joint project between the Big Issue and Peckham coffee company Old Spike Roastery which trains homeless people to become baristas.
The trainees earn the London living wage and receive support with housing and mental wellbeing.
"A cappuccino for the many," Mr Corbyn announced after he brewed his own coffee, referencing his party's campaign slogan of "for the many, not the few".
"I'm here today to be trained as a barista and that's a work in progress," the politician said.
"But the very serious aspect to it is, it's about what homeless people can achieve.
"Everybody that ends up homeless has something to contribute."
Change Please, which has three coffee carts in Canary Wharf, Broadgate and the Shard, puts the cost of every single cup goes back into training up more homeless people.
