Detectives have released an e-fit of a man they want to identify as they hunt a jogger following a string of indecent exposures in North London.

The jogger is accused of flashing dogwalkers on two separate occasions in Roxbourne Park, Harrow.

He was later seen strolling around naked from the waist down in the car park of Hatch End Swimming Pool at 4.15pm on November 4.

Police have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incidents which first began in August.

The first incident took place in Roxbourne Park, Harrow at 3.55pm on Thursday, 19 August.

The second incident also took place in Roxbourne Park at about 3pm on Wednesday, 1 September.

The jogger is described as a white man, aged in his 30s to 40s, about 6ft, of average build with short dark brown hair.

Investigating officer DC Josh Dwyer said: “I would encourage anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to contact us as a matter of urgency.

“I would also encourage anyone who witnessed the incidents to speak to us if you haven’t already.

“Any information you can give us, no matter how small, will help us to ensure the person for these abhorrent crimes is brought to justice.”

Enquiries by the North West area’s CID are ongoing.
