The owners of this two bedroom flat in central London clearly think it will sell regardless of the clutter inside.

Sellers want £450,000 for the property near Baker Street and Marylebone stations, which is currently lived in by two less than tidy tenants.

Pictures show the rooms of the two bedroom 'investment opportunity' flat filled to bursting point with clutter including soiled mattresses, and a sofa which has recently been slept in.

The kitchen, while bright and of a reasonable size, is piled high with plastic bags, empty Coke containers and takeaway boxes.

Another image shows a cupboard filled to bursting point with junk, including an upturned office chair and crumpled up blanket.

The two-floor flat, in Gayhurst House, Mallory St NW8 has one bathroom, one living room, and the "potential to extend to a 3 bedroom," according to the advert.

One caveat posted on the ad states it "requires refurbishment work."

The description reads: "An excellent investment opportunity to refurbish this split-level 2 bedroom flat.

"Property has potential to be converted to a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom.

"The property is currently tenanted and can be vacated very quickly once sale is secured. Approximately 95 years remaining on the lease."

The property was advertised on website Zoopla on May 15.

The Standard has approached Zoopla for comment.
