Hats off to architect David Collins, who won the posthumous Lifetime Achievement gong at the Walpole awards for creating the interiors of The Wolseley and Claridge’s Bar. Ben Fogle presented a Medal of Excellence to outgoing Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts and the British Luxury Brand Overseas award to Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton, pictured with Ahrendts and Fogle.
