Lorraine Kelly has lost more than one stone in six weeks after she gained weight in the Covid lockdown.
The ITV presenter, 62, celebrated her triumph on her Instagram on Monday as she told her followers her confidence was returning.
Candidly, the TV star declared she was “feeling great” and “happier” following her latest transformation.
She wrote on Instagram: “Feeing great! Happier and healthier! Lost over a STONE and confidence returning!

“In just SIX weeks @lorrainekellysmith has not only gone and got her STONE AWARD but she’s gone above and beyond it losing a whopping FIFTEEN pounds! AMAZING!!! Well done Lorraine… How do you feel?”
Also, she showed off her slimmer figure in a khaki green boiler suit while appearing on TV.
It comes after Kelly revealed she crept up from a size 10 to a size 14 over the Covid pandemic.
Admittedly the telly star said comfort eating was her “downfall” and not being able to go to her fitness classes.
She told The Mirror: “During the pandemic I started comfort eating and that was my downfall – comfort eating and not being able to go to my fitness classes.
“When those classes stopped I started eating far too much – it was things that I would probably never bother with. Like I wanted muffins, I wanted croissants, I wanted doughnuts. All of these things that you know you shouldn’t be having and you think it’s making you feel better at the time and it doesn’t.
“And so slowly, slowly, slowly over the past couple of years, I’ve gone from a size 10 to a size 14…”
