A taxi driver has been charged with the murder of Becky Godden-Edwards.
Christopher Halliwell, 47, will face magistrates in Worcester accused of the murder of Miss Godden-Edwards.
Her remains were discovered at a Cotswold beauty spot after Halliwell was arrested for the murder of nightclubber Sian O'Callaghan.
A Wiltshire Police spokeswoman said: "This evening, Christopher John Halliwell, aged 47, of Ashbury Avenue, Swindon, was charged by Wiltshire Police with the murder of Becky Godden-Edwards.
"He will be appearing, in person, before Worcester Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning, Tuesday May 24, where it is expected that he will be remanded back into custody."
Miss Godden-Edwards's remains were found during painstaking excavation work at a site at Baxter's Farm, Eastleach, around 17 miles from where Miss O'Callaghan's body was discovered.
Police began excavating the site after being taken there by Halliwell following his arrest for Miss O'Callaghan's kidnap.
Miss Godden-Edwards, who would have celebrated her 29th birthday in April, was last seen by her family in Swindon around eight years ago. She had become "disconnected" from them after falling into the drug scene and they believed she was living in the Bristol area. It was not until 2007 that they contacted the National Missing Persons Helpline.
A massive police hunt was launched for Miss O'Callaghan, including detailed searches of the Savernake Forest, near Marlborough. The personal assistant was last seen leaving Suju nightclub in Old Town in the early hours of March 19 after a night out with friends.
Five days later, police found the 22-year-old's body in a field in Uffington, Oxfordshire.
