Two women have been charged with aggravated trespass following a demonstration at Britain's biggest coal-fired power station.
North Yorkshire Police said one more protester was arrested at a camp located close to the Drax power station - bringing the total number to 39.
The two women who have been charged will appear at York Magistrates' Court next Wednesday, North Yorkshire Police said.
A police spokesman said officers had witnessed a "fairly quiet night" around the protesters' camp, with the numbers starting to dwindle.
Police said 16 people, including the two women who have been charged, were arrested for aggravated trespass. All have been bailed.
Thirteen people were arrested for criminal damage and released on police bail.
Three protesters were detained for possession of offensive weapons. One was released without charge, another remains in custody and the third has been bailed pending further inquiries.
Police said two people were arrested and bailed for public order offences. Another was arrested and bailed for obstructing the police.
Two farmers arrested at the scene after they appeared to drive at the protesters in a digger and a tractor have been bailed pending further inquiries, the police spokesman confirmed.
On Thursday, police chiefs defended their decision to bring in hundreds of officers from across the country in a bid to stop the demonstrators from shutting down the power plant.
