Nine men face under-age sex trial

Nine men will go on trial at the Old Bailey accused of sexual offences against a 14-year-old girl

Nine men are due to go on trial accused of sexual offences against a 14-year-old girl.

The defendants have been charged with a series of offences including rape and conspiracy to have sexual activity with a child.

They deny the charges and will face trial at the Old Bailey.

The men - Desmond Agyei, 23, Edward Kofi Edunya, 23, Perry Murray, 24, David Sarpong, 23, Adedeji Atitebi, 21, Austin Odisi, 24, Justin Maynard, 23, Olanrewaju Sonde, 24, and Thamsanqa Sibanda, 30 - were arrested following a series of raids in and around London.
