MAC releases panda-themed makeup collection with Nicola Formichetti… and it’s super kawaii

When it comes to makeup, nothing warms our hearts more than a MAC launch.

The cult beauty brand – which recently became available on ASOS – has teamed up with Italian-Japanese fashion designer, Nicola Formichetti, to release a panda-themed makeup collection inspired by "color and diversity".

Formichetti, who is also known as Lady Gaga’s former stylist (remember that meat dress at the 2010 VMAs?), has been running his own streetwear brand Nicopanda since 2011.

Fans of the designer’s work will be pleased to hear that his eclectic designs, which are usually blossoming with colour, have been translated beautifully into the MAC x Nicopanda line.

From pastel eye shadows to graphic lashes, the range of panda-emblazoned products contains everything you need to get your face pretty for the spring season.

The sleek palettes consist of bold and wacky shades including Panda Riot, Unicorn Dust or Rust and Harajuku Blu that have been named by Formichetti.
