Alicia Keys was wearing a full Dolce and Gabbana frock at a charity gala in London and now we know why.
She announced at the the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball at held at St John's in Smith Square that she is pregnant with her first child.

The 29-year-old singer and her boyfriend Swizz Beatz, 31, are also engaged to be married.
The mum to be hosted the charity event alongside actress Thandie Newton and other guests included Katie Price and JLS.
She was also joined on the night by Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, who has created hits for Jay Z and Whitney Houston.
Swizz has two sons, Kasseem Jr from his marriage to Mashonda Tifrere and Prince Nasir from a previous relationship.
His divorce from wife of four years Tifrere was finalised last month.
