David Beckham shows off ‘handsome’ son Brooklyn on family night out

Proud dad David Beckham couldn’t stop smiling as he gushed over his son Brooklyn at The Fashion Awards.

The former footballer shared his pride over the 19-year-old on social media, hailing the eldest of his brood “handsome.”

In one snap, Beckham posed alongside his son on the red carpet outside the Royal Albert Hall.

He captioned the post: “My handsome son.”

Another showed the photography student alongside musician Loyle Carner, captioned simply, “the boys.”

The posts come after Beckham appeared alongside wife Victoria for a rare joint red carpet appearance for the annual gala.

Victoria was nominated for British Designer of the Year Womenswear at the annual awards for her eponymous brand, Victoria Beckham, which celebrated its 10th anniversary earlier this year.

For the occasion, she sported one of her own designs, an elegant black evening gown with wrap front detail.

David, who is the Ambassadorial President of the British Fashion Council, cut a suave figure in a tailored black suit with an unbuttoned white shirt.

In recent years the private couple have only made a handful of joint red carpet appearances, with Monday's ceremony being the second time they have walked a red carpet together in almost three years.
