How to be a boudoir babe
More is more. Even if you can't afford to turn your old corsets into lampshades, get the same effect by draping lampshades with fringed shawls or silk scarves, or improvise with items of antique lingerie.
Texture and colour are key. Mix velvet, velour, silk and chiffon in rich reds, purples, golds and pinks.
Kitsch ornaments, flea-market junk and gloriously OTT objets all help to create the image. Whatever you do, don't take it too seriously.
