Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman made sure to get some quality couple time together while holidaying in Barbados.

The couple - who are on holiday with their son Eric and Simon’s close friend Sinitta and her partner Jason Gale – managed to grab some alone time on the beach.

Cowell, 54, held onto Silverman’s hand as they strolled along the water’s edge and stopped to talk to fans along the way.

The music mogul was flashing his chest in a pair of white swimming shorts, while Lauren covered up her bikini with a black crochet Melissa Odabash beach dress which she teamed with a white hat and over-sized black sun glasses.

The pair - who jetted off to the sunshine after Cowell’s X Factor mentee Ben Haenow was crowned the winner - were recently spotted taking baby Eric for a tentative dip in the sea, kissing and cuddling him on the beach and showing him off to fans.
