Vin Diesel posts cryptic message after Dwayne Johnson’s Fast 8 rant

Vin Diesel has posted a cryptic message after Dwayne Johnson slated some of the male actors on Fast 8.

The pair are said to have been embroiled in a feud on set, according to TMZ, and Diesel appeared to address the reports in a short Instagram video.

In the clip, which sees him reveal his one-year-old daughter Pauline’s first word, he told fans that he will ‘tell them everything’.

Speaking to the camera he said: “After being on set since literally Christmas to finally finally finally come home and to learn that your little angel learned a new word – I’m going to have to share it with you it’s more important than anything.

“It kind of describes my spirit and my soul. The new word is happy. When I heard her say happy I lit up in ways I can’t even describe.

“So give me a second and I will tell you everything. Everything.”

The video comes days after Johnson, AKA The Rock, branded some of his male co-stars “candy a****” and said his blood was “boiling” due to the lack of professionalism.

He praised the “hard working crew” and his female co-stars, who include Charlize Theron, Elsa Pataky and Michelle Rodriguez, before writing: “My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't.

“The ones that don't are too chicken s*** to do anything about it anyway. Candy a****.”

According to TMZ, Diesel and Johnson attempted to resolve their alleged differences but were unsuccessful.

Diesel reprtedly caused tension for arriving late and holding up filming.

Fast 8 is set for UK cinema release on April 14.
