Heather Mills had a bad hair moment as the wind blew her locks up to resemble a cockatoo's crest.

Mills, 40, told US TV the new haircut would be a "fresh beginning" as she lost her long brown locks for a style she clearly hoped was up-to-the-minute.
Sadly, her roots have had time to grow and thanks to New York gusts she looked like she'd stepped back into the Eighties or was about to fly away.
Mills, who got £24.3m after a four-year marriage to Sir Paul, has gushed about new boyfriend Jamie Walker: "He's a really sweet guy."
