Actress Sienna Miller has paid a high price for fame - it has shrunk her breasts.

The girlfriend of Jude Law said the pressures of filming caused the weight to fall off in all the wrong places.

'My boobs have gone, they're just clinging on for dear life,' added the 22-year-old former model. 'I think it's the excitement, adrenaline and stress. I don't normally look like a twig and I do eat like a pig but the weight has just dropped off me.

I want tits and an arse,' she told B Magazine. Miller strips down to sexy underwear for a steamy love scene with Kate Moss's ex-boyfriend Daniel Craig in the forthcoming gangster film Layer Cake.
