Rod Stewart's ex-wife Rachel Hunter is being lined up to star in TV's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here this November.

The show's bosses hope the 37-year-old swimsuit and lingerie model will provide glamour to the series and may even spill the beans on her relationship with Rod.

"Rachel is the kind of big name the show would love to sign up. She is stunning and has great stories to tell," an ITV source told the Daily Star.

"If the price is right she could be willing. If she walked in it would be great, a jaw-dropping moment."

If the 37-year-old model does sign up to the show she will have to prepare herself for a rough ride. The reality show contestants are expected to perform frightening tasks such as entering snake infested lakes and being shut in a box underground with rats. Last year's winner Carol Thatcher shot to fame after eating a kangaroo's testicles in front of millions of viewers.

Other rumoured contestants include former S Club singer Rachel Stevens, 28, and footballer's wife Louise Redknapp, 31. Male stars likely to appear include former Busted star Matt Willis, 23, and ex-Corrie actor Chris Quinten, 49.
