I’m A Celebrity 2022: Matt Hancock and Seann Walsh compete in their first grisly Bushtucker Trial

They may have come late to the party, but I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here “surprise” camp mates Matt Hancock and Seann Walsh have already taken part in their first Bushtucker Trial.

The former Health Secretary and comedian are seen in a preview clip for Wednesday’s episode attempting to win stars for their new campmates in a timed challenge called The Beastly Burrows.

In the clip, Hancock and Walsh can be seen crawling around on their hands and knees in dark underground tunnels looking for stars as a series of slime and creepy crawlies are dropped on top of them.

Although Hancock is the one in front, he seems keen for Walsh to take the lead, asking him: “Which way would you like me to go?”

To which an astounded Walsh replies: “Which way do I want you to go? I don’t know! I’m not a sat nav!”

All the while presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are observing and keeping an eye on the clock.

Each star the duo manage to collect will result in a meal for their campmates, and hopefully win their favour.

Judging by the preview however, it looks like there could be a rumble in the jungle and that’s not just the sound of empty tummies.
