Jenni crowned horse riding queen
GMTV presenter Jenni Falconer has been crowned Only Fools On Horses Show Jumper of the Year.
The showbiz reporter rode to victory after seeing off competition from music industry guru Nicki Chapman in a nerve-wracking jump-off.
Jenni dropped just two points in a near-perfect ride on eight-year-old horse J-Lo.
Clearly delighted at her win, she said: "There were so many great riders I did not think I would be one of them."
At the start of the week 12 celebrities saddled up to compete in the charity show-jumping challenge.
Each evening one famous face was hoofed out of the contest through a combination of judges' marks and public voting.
The triumphant blonde hugged her fellow contestants after being presented with a cup adorned with red and white ribbons.
Hunt supporters denied they had been trying to rig the voting for tonight's show by urging fellow activists to back DJ Sara Cox.
The Radio 1 presenter was riding Solomon, a horse that regularly rides with the Oakley Hunt in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
In its weekly newsletter distributed last Thursday the Countryside Alliance said: "Solomon has spent many an hour in the hunting field and you can support Solomon and Sara by voting for them on 09011 322208."
A spokesman for the organisation denied they had been trying to fix the result and said: "It's for Sport Relief so all the money goes to charity anyway.
"The horse community like to support the people and animals that are part of their way of life. It's all very light-hearted."
Sara was one of four celebrities who took to the saddle for the last time in tonight's grand finale.
But she failed to make it to the last two after slipping from her saddle at the final jump.
The week-long charity competition raised over £250,000. Earlier today hundreds of thousands of runners took part in the SportRelief mile at events across Britain.
Celebrities such as TV chef Jamie Oliver and athlete Dame Kelly Holmes were among 20,000 who completed the event at London's Victoria Embankment. Sadie Frost, Lord Coe, and boy band McFly were also among the participants.
About 400,000 people put their best foot forward in events in Belfast, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle/Gateshead, Nottingham, Plymouth and Southampton.
