Kim Kardashian almost got knocked to the ground by a man who grabbed hold of her as she turned up to a Paris Fashion Week show.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looked terrified as fans surged towards the car when it arrived to the Balmain show earlier today.

In a YouTube video Kim, who is dressed all in white, can be seen calling to her husband Kanye West for help who is on the other side of the car.

TMZ sources have suggested the culprit of the attack is Ukrainian wannabe model Vitalii Sediuk, who has harangued the likes of Brad Pitt, Leonardo Dicaprio and Will Smith.

The former journalist has claimed on his Instagram page he was behind the stunt.

A source told MailOnline: “Vitalii hugged Kim and that caused a big crowding with security that pulled him down to the ground.
