Meet the make-up artists behind some of the wildest characters ever seen on the big screen!
The International Make-Up Artist Trade Show in Islington, north London, this weekend, features some of the top names in the business.
Experts behind such blockbusters as The Godfather, Midnight Cowboy and Star Wars will be swapping tips at this brilliant event - open to all.
Keynote speakers include Nick Dudman, responsible for the special make-up effects on Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and The Mummy Returns. His latest challenge was to bring Fluffy, the three-headed dog, and other JK Rowling characters to life in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
Also attending are Stuart Freeborn (Star Wars and 2001: A Space Odyssey) and Oscar-winner Dick Smith (Amadeus, Taxi Driver and The Exorcist).
London-based make-up artist Sharon Dowsett will be talking about the fashion industry, having worked with Geri Halliwell and Kate Moss.
Famous film works will be on display plus rare photo collections and movie memorabilia.
