Nancy: I'm the new Diana

Nancy Dell'Olio has compared herself to Princess Diana in an interview.

The Italian girlfriend of England soccer coach Sven-Goran Eriksson said: 'From the first day we arrived, I have replaced something that England has been missing.'

Drawing inevitable comparisons with the late princess, Miss Dell-OIio told an Italian magazine of her own sense of style and charity work.

'All the newspapers write that I dress well and am elegant,' she said.

And she spoke about the charity she set up with Eriksson that uses football to promote peace in war-torn areas.
