Cole and Henry make Team of 2004

Arsenal's Ashley Cole and Thierry Henry have both won places in UEFA's team of the year for 2004.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was named coach of the year - mainly for his exploits in winning the Champions League with unfancied Porto - in the poll on www.uefa.com which attracted 1.2 million votes, while the Blues defender Ricardo Carvalho and Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo also made the line-up.

Henry continued his record of being selected every year since the award's inception in 2001.
