England claimed three silver medals in the badminton on the final day of action at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

Nathan Robertson and Jenny Wallwork opened the English campaign but went down in the mixed doubles before world number one Chong Wei Lee gave an exhibition in badminton as he overcame Rajiv Ouseph.

Robertson then teamed up with Anthony Clark but they were well beaten by Kien Keat Koo and Boon Heong Koo.

All England's conquerors came from Malaysia as they cemented their place at the top of the sport.

Ouseph was powerless to stop Lee clinching a 21-10 21-8 victory in 26 minutes, and said afterwards: "Obviously I knew going into the match he was going to be the favourite, so I was just trying to enjoy it as much as possible which was a bit difficult as he was controlling most of it.

"But I am happy overall with the Games."
